Beautiful grounds, huge fireplace! We went here to the restaurant only on a dinner for our honeymoon. We waited patiently, and it was well worth it. Very kind service. It is a real gem, my wife was super impressed. The original structure was built and owned by a commander in the Napoleonic wars and has a rich history which you can learn about if you visit!
I wished we stayed longer! It was such an amazing visit starting from the drive to the hotel, so enjoyable. Hotel has a fireplace and we were offered to have drinks there while waiting for our dinner to be ready. Food is really good, atmosphere very classy. Rooms spacious, no TV, no radio, total tranquility. Till next time!
